The round trip is scheduled in the same way as a one-way trip, only with the difference that there is a discount for being 2 trips, but there may be a fee applied according to the waiting time of the client.
In a trip from Ericeira to Lisbon the discount will be 10€ per client, trips to other areas will have to be agreed values.
We make trips to any part of the country, only the date, place, and price of the trip must be agreed upon in advance.
We expect up to 15 minutes from Ericeira (30 minutes from the airport) of delay by the client at the scheduled location, after this time the company has the right to cancel the service and receive 50% of the value of the service in order to compensate for the time and fuel spent to perform the service.
If there is a delay in the flight, the company has the right to reschedule for a later time that is convenient to pick up the client at the airport. This happens because, due to the large influx of services we need to meet schedules in order not to miss with other clients, although in most cases we always make an adjustment with the client in order to be more beneficial for both parties.
The cancellation is free until 24 hours before the reservation, if there is a last minute cancellation, the company is entitled to receive 50% of the value of the service, due to all the logistics it had to schedule that specific time only for the client. This fee is applied so that the company does not lose money when it could have booked another client for the same time.
Yes, we have the appropriate material to carry surfboards, pets and baby seats from 2 months to 10 years old. In addition: Baby car seat (1 or 2) 2€ each, board 2€ each, pets 4€ each.
We are able to bring groups of people, although clients may have to go separately in smaller vehicles (5 seats) depending on the logistics of the company at the time. At the moment we have two vans with 8 and 7 seats, but they have a lot of demand.
We have full 24/7 availability, services done from 22:00 pm to 07:00 am is added an extra fee.
We wait for customers in the Tourist Guide / RNAT area on the right side of the airport, near the metro entrance (red building).
